If you love Starbucks, you've probably seen their holiday cranberry bliss bars! They have a cranberry white chocolate blondie base, cream cheese frosting, dried cranberries, and white chocolate.
– ½ teaspoon salt– ¾ cup unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled (170 grams)– 1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar (300 grams)– 2 large eggs at room temperature
– 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract– ¾ cup white chocolate chips (135 grams)– ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries (90 grams)
Mix flour, baking powder, ginger, and salt in a large bowl. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.

Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Don't overmix the batter! Smooth the blondie batter into an even layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Transfer the blondies to a wire rack after baking until the top is set and lightly browned. Let blondies cool completely before frosting! In another bowl, beat a block of cream cheese until smooth to make frosting.

I use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, but you can use a handheld electric mixer. Add powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla and mix well.

After the blondies cool, scoop frosting on top and smooth with a spoon or angled spatula. Top with more dried cranberries.

Bars receive 1/4 cup microwave-melted white chocolate chips. spoon, fork, or piping bag! Cool bars, then cut triangles. Diagonally cutting 12 equal squares yields 24 triangles.
