BEST WATERFALL'S IN SWITZERLAND

Rhine Falls (Rheinfall) -  Located near the town of Schaffhausen, the Rhine Falls is the largest waterfall in Switzerland and one of the most famous in Europe. The sheer power and volume of water cascading over the rocks are impressive, especially during the spring snowmelt.

Trümmelbach Falls - Situated in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the Trümmelbach Falls are a series of impressive waterfalls inside a mountain. They are fed by glaciers and meltwater from the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains, making them unique and fascinating to explore.

Staubbach Falls Also located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, Staubbach Falls is one of Switzerland's most iconic waterfalls. Plunging nearly 300 meters from a cliff face, it is particularly striking when illuminated at night.

Giessbach Falls -  Found near Lake Brienz in the Bernese Oberland, the Giessbach Falls cascade in several stages down a forested mountainside into Lake Brienz. Accessible by a historic funicular railway, they are surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Engstligen Falls -  Situated near Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland, Engstligen Falls is one of the largest and most powerful waterfall complexes in Switzerland. The falls consist of upper and lower sections, with a total height of around 600 meters.

Reichenbach Falls Famous for its association with Sherlock Holmes (where he apparently fell to his death), Reichenbach Falls is located near Meiringen in the Bernese Oberland. The falls drop dramatically over a series of steps in a beautiful mountain setting.

Gelmersee Waterfall This waterfall flows into Gelmersee, a stunning turquoise lake situated in the Haslital region of the Bernese Oberland. It is accessible via a thrilling funicular ride and offers spectacular views.

Seerenbach Falls Located near the village of Betlis in the Walensee region, Seerenbach Falls is a series of three cascades with a total height of approximately 305 meters. It's a picturesque spot amidst lush greenery.

Mürrenbach Falls -  Found near the village of Mürren in the Bernese Oberland, Mürrenbach Falls is a beautiful series of waterfalls cascading down the cliffs above the village, offering stunning views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley.

Toce Falls -  Although technically just across the border in Italy, Toce Falls is easily accessible from Switzerland (near the Simplon Pass). It's a spectacular waterfall with a single drop of over 140 meters.
